Return and Exchange Policy

We deliver best imitation jewellery and best artificial jewellery to your doorstep. Products once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged except under certain exceptions as mentioned below:

1. Received damaged product 
2. Received wrong product 

In the above scenarios, we would request the customer to share the complete video of the product received. After validation of the video, we will decide the appropriate next course of action.

To initiate a replacement, please email us at priyajewelleryblr@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Priya Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any replacement/return request that does not meet our requirements.
